Gourmet Maryland Crab Cakes with Sesame Ginger Soy Sauce


2 tbsps soy sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 tbsps finely chopped scallions
4 (4oz) Gourmet Maryland Crab Cakes (thawed)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl whisk together all ingredients for sauce and set aside.

Bake Crab Cakes for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temp is 165 degrees.
