The Process

So here’s how it works. First, someone buys our mouth-watering seafood, which is of course through HACCP approved vendors. How else would we get such a high reputation for good quality? Once it arrives to our warehouse, our HACCP trained and highly experienced inspectors, check to make sure that what you will be eating is the best quality fish you’ll find. Yes, we actually go through and look at every fish (and say, “Wow, whoever gets that is lucky to have us.”) We unpack it from its carefully wrapped box; wash the fish (you don’t want it bloody), graded, then repacked in styrofoam boxes covered with a cardboard outer box for protection, the box also comes with jell packs that will keep the internal temperature of the box cool. Finally, our team hand selects the processed fish to the fit special likings of specific customers and the boxes get sent all over the United States.
